A guided insight into Sanguine Shiraz blending, led by Mark Hunter, where members build their own blend and contribute to the Wine Club Shiraz.

7:00pm, depending on how carried away you get with the blending trials
Audience
Ticket purchases are described as exclusive to Wine Club members
Mark presents barrel samples and tutors participants on tannins, oak, acid, fruit, depth, length, and mouth feel so guests can formulate their own preferred Shiraz blend.
Each participant takes home a 375ml bottle of their favourite blend and later receives an allocation of 6 bottles of the final Wine Club Shiraz with their name listed on the back label as a contributor.
Any remaining bottles after member allocations may be offered to participants first.
What the session includes
Wine Club Blending Session – Thursday 21st May 2026
- A tutored lesson on how to blend an award-winning Shiraz
- A personal blending trial and a 375ml take-home bottle of the preferred blend
- A cheese board and canapes during the event
- A later allocation of 6 bottles of the final Wine Club Shiraz blend
